Clay Marzo isn’t your normal surfer. At age 20 he already embodies the skills and natural talent to be the next great champion. However, unlike a majority of surfers Marzo suffers from the condition of Aspergers Syndrome, a form of autism. Regardless of the syndrome Marzo has taken the surfing world by storm. Just Add Water takes a glimpse into Marzo’s life, made by Quiksilver it’s sure to be a film unlike any other surf films.

As I’ve said in a previous post, The Sway is a band that has the up most potential in making their way into many many headphones someday and I’m stoked to have known about them before.
The Sway is a pop/rock ensemble that was “built on old world rock n’ roll ethics with a modern sophistication (http://www.myspace.com/theswayisaband).” In our featured interview with The Sway, the two lead vocalists and guitarists (Adam Sobolew and Tim Akers) performed an acoustic song entitled, “It’s True” which they later recorded with Sobolew’s older brother/recording engineer in San Francisco.
The finished product can be heard on the band’s myspace page, along with videos involving their recording process and some good times. Enjoy.
I know this out of the ordinary, but awhile ago I read an article on Yahoo! about a former MMPR (Mighty Morphin Power Ranger) who wants to be a MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) fighter. Which Power Ranger you ask? It’s none other than Tommy, the Green Ranger. It has been reported that Tommy, whos real name is Jason David Frank, has been training with a current UFC fighter, and eventually wants his shot at a fight in the Octagon. There is no question that, at the age of 35, JDF hasn’t toughend up since his dino-days, but the question that does get raised is “Will they allow him to use his Dragon Dagger, to call his Dragonzord, if he’s about to tap-0ut?”
Good Luck Tommy!! Make Zordon and the people of Angel Grove Proud!!
No, your eyes do not deceive you. The movie that captivated our summer and provided us with laughs and quotes for weeks on end, has a sequel in development. After going from raunchy potential sleeper to one of the highest earning rated R films of all time, Warner Bros. and Legnedary Pictures have decided to capitalize on this hit and start production in October of 2010.
The original cast and our beloved boys; Bradley Cooper, Ed Helms, Zachary Galifianakis and Justin Bartha will all be returning for this 2011 Memorial Day weekend release.
It is still unknown as to what direction the follow up will head but if the script is good enough for the original cast, we may have another major hit on our hands. Until then though, stay somewhat coherent for any updates!
